Training was held on August 22nd 2014. This training is given to warehousing staff at PT Eka Bogainti. The purpose of this training is to give understanding about the tasks at quality control department, because of warehouse department and quality control department always related one to another. After this training the participants (warehouse staff) are expected to understand when rejections sometimes can be happened because the quality standard of the product received did not meet the specification standard. Also hopefully the warehouse department and quality control department can build a good relationship and always maintain the product quality.

Training was held on August 22nd 2014. This training is given to warehousing staff at PT Eka Bogainti. PT Eka Bogainti’s warehouse has many types of product and raw materials stored there, such as meat, sauce, etc. Because of that the quality of the warehouse must be maintained. The purpose of this training is to give the warehousing staff skills to solve the problems using several methods so the problems can be solved effectively and efficiently, also to maintain the warehouse quality.

The function of control chart is to control the production process at real time so improvement can directly be exercised. PT Eka Bogainti has many production process started from raw materials until intermediet products. Previously, control is done through testing, filling the forms, and evaluating of the result. In this CSR, participant learnt how to implement control chart in production process, participant also allowed to ask and make a discussion group to increase their comprehension. Application of control chart which is expected to allow productivity and efficiency of the processes.
