Capacity planning and production scheduling are important to maintain production stability of the company. Before, company does not have any justification in determining optimal capacity, reorder point, order quantity, scheduling and the number of labors. To determine the number of capacity, forecasting is one of the method that can used depend on patterns of the data, whether the data patterned tren, seasonal, cycle or random. In addition to determine the number of capacity, participant learn using method to determine schedule, inventory and production line is useful to increase the efficient and efectiveness which may increase company’s profit.
