This seminar was brought by Mrs. Irawati BA, MM, Organizational Development Specialist at PT LotteMart as the speaker. The participants, which is IE BINUSIAN 2015, broaden their knowledge about the fast-changing work environment. Business transformation is used by a company to adapt itself with the external changes in the market. It is achieved by realign the way employees work and how the technology is used in the organization.
