This training was held on February 04th 2016. The topic is about statistical process control relating to the quality of a product, service, human resources, process, and environment produced by a company. A product declared has a good quality, if the product has met or exceeded the expectations of consumers. SPC produce a production process output that usually similar but not the same and doesn’t have variation that will impact the quality of the products so it must be controlled with control chart. Control chart used for determining whether a process is under the statistical control, and the process should be continuously monitored so the process will be stable, and for determining process capability. Problems in achieving process stability and the quality improvement by reducing variability can be done using statistical process control methods.
