The pharmaceutical industry is a very important sector in the health sector, because it plays a role in providing the medicines and vaccines needed by the community. In the past, pharmacies were only known as places to obtain medicines and consult doctors or pharmacists, but now there have been fundamental changes in the process of production, distribution and access to medicines. Information and communication technologies, such as telepharmacy, allow patients to consult with health professionals online and provide easier and faster access. In addition, the use of big data and artificial intelligence has changed the way medicines are processed and manufactured by analyzing data from various sources for the development of more effective medicines and more personalized healthcare according to the needs of each patient. However, the pharmaceutical industry also faces various challenges and opportunities in this digital era, which require adaptation and innovation to survive and develop.
