The purposes of this application are better delivery, better quality, satisfied employees, and satisfied customers. Frameworks of Lean Six Sigma are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC). By the existence of Lean Six Sigma, may decrease the total cost, improve productivity, and develop product/service and can also decrease the amount of defect products.
