BKSTI WORKSHOP 2025

Jakarta, February 6, 2025 – Badan Kerjasama Penyelenggara Pendidikan Tinggi Teknik Industri Indonesia (BKSTI) Jakarta Regional Coordinator (Korwil DKI Jakarta) successfully held a workshop titled “Transformasi Pendidikan Prodi Teknik Industri”. This event aimed to discuss innovations and strategies in developing curricula and teaching methods in Industrial Engineering programs to face future industry challenges.

This workshop featured three prominent speakers in the field of Industrial Engineering: Dr. Eng. Ir. Titis Wijayanto, S.T., M.Des., IPM., ASEAN Eng., Ir. Taufik, S.T., M.M., Ph.D., IPM., and Dr. Tanika D. Sofianti, S.T., M.T.. They shared insights on trends in industrial engineering education, the implementation of technology in the learning process, and the readiness of graduates to face Industry 4.0 and 5.0 revolutions.

The Chairman of BKSTI DKI Jakarta, Dr. Komarudin Sayuti Thoyib, S.T., M.Eng., emphasized in his opening remarks the importance of synergy between academia, industry, and the government in creating an adaptive and innovative Industrial Engineering education ecosystem.

This workshop marked an important milestone in enhancing the quality of Industrial Engineering education in Indonesia, particularly in the DKI Jakarta region. It is hoped that the discussions from this event will serve as a reference for formulating more relevant education policies to meet future industry needs.
