BNI and Industrial Engineering Department Collaboration in ARENA Software Training

Binus Industrial Engineering laboratory is proud to have hosted training arena simulation software for one of Indonesia’s leading government banks, BNI, on 20-21 June 2014. Equipped with licensed ARENA software 14.0, training is designed especially for BNI including how to develop a simulation activity for teller, customer service, credit application, call centers and a whole banking activity involving of a teller service, customer service activity, ATM and a drive through service. Attended by 10 enthusiastic participants, IE lab provides 2 instructors and 4 co-instructors to organize the training namely Mrs. Rida Zuraida, Mr. Yogi Yogaswara, Nyoman, Julfendi, Fan Andrew, and Maya Rininta.
