Production and Operation Analysis

In production and operations analysis practicum, students learn methods of analytical the production and operations management. Areas to be discussed during the practicum are material flow Forecasting, Aggregate Planning, Inventory Control, Master Production Scheduling, Master Requirement Planning, and Operation Scheduling.
